Marvel has officially dropped the trailer of Spider-Man: Now Way Home a day after it was leaked on Monday.
The third installment to the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man films, Spider-Man: No Way Home features seat-throttling, reality-bending action as Tom Holland’s Peter Parker enters the multiverse.
As seen in the trailer below, Spider-Man: No Way Home takes off directly from the scenes of 2019’s Far From Home, where Peter was exposed as Spider-Man and framed for murdering Mysterio.
Trapped in a whirlpool of madness affecting not only him, but more so, the people he loves, Peter turns to Master of Mystic Arts Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to undo the big reveal or, as Loki’s TVA would describe it, reverse the timeline.
However, the Sorcerer Supreme’s spell goes sideways and eventually cracks the Multiverse open, unleashing iconic villains from other dimensions a.k.a. Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man movies. This includes Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock, as well as Jamie Foxx’s Electro.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to be released exclusively in foreign cinemas on December 17.
