HMD Global’s Nokia has officially launched the follow-up to its first tablet, Nokia N1, released six years ago. Enter the new Nokia T20, the Finnish smatphone maker’s second-ever Android slab.
Retailing at a starting price of £179.99 or approximately P10,500, this new entry-level slab is designed for your basic needs at work and school.
It sports a 10.4-inch display that churns out images at 2K 1200 x 2000 resolution. At the back, the Nokia T20 features an 8MP camera, while the front has a 5MP camera positioned on the long side of the display — ideal for when joining conference calls on landscape mode.
As The Verge notes, the device is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T610 processor supported by 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. It runs on Android 11, with the company promising users two years of major OS updates, and three years of monthly security updates.

Nokia says the tablet’s 8,200mAh battery, which supports 15W fast-charging, can provide you with 15 hours of web surfing, 10 hours of film watching, or 7 hours of conference calls.
It is made to survive a few drops of rain when you’re outdoors or a little splash when you’re indoors with its IP52 water resistance rating.
The Nokia T20 has started hitting the UK market on Wednesday, Oct. 6, with a price tag of £179.99 (P10,500) for the Wi-Fi version and £199.99 (P11,700) for the LTE model. It will be available in the US starting at $249.99 (P12,700) on November 17. No word yet on its availability in other regions.
