Acer’s new L811 4K laser projector is ideal even for small spaces

Acer has introduced a new projector that promises to deliver an immersive cinematic experience even in a small room.

The Acer L811 is an ultra-short-throw laser projector that offers HDR10-compatible 4K resolution and 3,000 lumens of brightness for an incredible home-theater experience.

The image quality is further enhanced with its 2,000:1 contrast ratio and the Acer LumiSense technology, which analyzes content on a frame-by-frame basis then dynamically adjusts brightness levels. What’s more, it can project content in 3D at 144 Hz 24P, thanks to its 3D Blu-ray technology.

It is ideal even for compressed spaces, as it can provide projections of up to 120 inches from just 12 inches away.

It also comes preloaded with an app market that enables you to enjoy a variety of streaming services, social media platforms, and more. You can also wirelessly mirror content via Miracast if using Android or Windows devices, or via EShare if using iOS or Android.

The Acer L811 laser projector is equipped with two 10W speakers enhanced with Acer TrueHarmony technology for better audio quality. Acer also said that the device is powered with Acer EcoProjection technology, which reduces standby power consumption by up to 66% in order to extend the laser’s lifespan to as long as 30,000 hours.

Acer has yet to announce the availability and price of the L811 in the Philippines, but it is scheduled to hit the European market with a price of €2,599 (approximately P153,000) in November this year.
