Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 boasts new display, improved performance

The ThinkPad P1 Gen 4, Lenovo’s next generation mobile workstation offering, is a workhorse designed for remote working and post-pandemic office use.

This new iteration comes with the latest Intel Core or Xeon processor, the latest NVIDIA GPU architecture up to NVIDIA RTX GPU, redesigned thermals for increased graphics support, PCIe Gen 4 for faster storage technologies, optional 5G and built-in Wi-Fi 6E, and built-in ThinkShield security features.

Like its Lenovo workstation siblings, the ThinkPad P1 is ISV-certified and has passed MIL-spec standards to ensure overall reliability.

New for this fourth-generation system is a complete clean sheet design with user-experience improvements and a patent-pending thermal design to support increased capacity.

While it maintains its thin and light appearance, this ThinkPad boasts a larger 90WHr battery, a newly engineered keyboard design featuring a larger touchpad, a higher resolution FHD camera, and a top-firing Dolby Atmos Speaker System.

The screen is a new 16-inch UHD+ display with narrow bezels, low-blue light technology, and 16:10 aspect ratio.

The ThinkPad P1 Gen4 is now available with a starting price of P135,199.
